1) Eligibility & Your Account

• You must be at least the age of majority in your state/UT (or use the Site under a parent/guardian’s supervision).
• Keep your account credentials confidential. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate, current information and update it when it changes.

2) Our Products & Availability

• We sell toys, games, gifts, stationery and books for personal use.
• We make reasonable efforts to display colors, sizes and images accurately; actual colors may vary by screen.
• All products, prices, offers and stock are subject to change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected reselling/fraud).

3) Pricing, Orders & Payment

• Prices are shown in INR and include/exclude taxes as indicated at checkout.
• If we discover a pricing or availability error, we may cancel or modify your order and notify you.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partners (e.g., cards, UPI, net banking, wallets). Tagsag does not store complete card/UPI credentials.
• An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

4) Shipping, Delivery & Tracking

• We ship across serviceable pin codes in India via partnered couriers.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be impacted by courier delays, holidays, strikes, or force majeure.
• You’ll receive tracking details once shipped. Incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may incur re-delivery charges.
• Full shipping details are in our Shipping Policy (incorporated by reference).

5) Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

Please review our Returns & Cancellations Policy for eligibility windows, non-returnable items (e.g., opened puzzle boxes, books with obvious use, hygiene-sensitive products), and process steps. Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.

6) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights;
• Post or transmit harmful, obscene, defamatory, infringing or deceptive content;
• Upload malware, attempt to probe/scan our systems, or circumvent security;
• Scrape, harvest or use automated means without our prior written consent;
• Misrepresent your identity or submit fake reviews.

7) User Content (Reviews, Q&A, Photos)

• You grant Tagsag a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify and display your submitted content for marketing or operational purposes.
• You represent that you own or have rights to the content you submit, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
• We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.

8) Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio/video clips, downloads, code) is owned by Tagsag or its licensors and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works, or exploit any content without our written permission.

9) Third-Party Services & Links

We may link to third-party sites or use third-party tools (payments, analytics, courier tracking). We are not responsible for their content, terms or policies. Use them at your own discretion.

10) Promotions, Coupons & Store Credit

• Promo codes are single-use unless stated, non-transferable, and may have category/brand exclusions, validity dates, and minimum order values.
• We may withdraw or modify offers at any time per applicable law.

11) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products/services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free access.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tagsag shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits/revenue/data, or business interruption arising from your use of the Site or products. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

13) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tagsag, its directors, employees, partners and service providers from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law/third-party rights.

14) Suspension/Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms or applicable law. Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity).

15) Communications

By using the Site, you consent to receive transactional communications (order updates, shipping alerts). Marketing communications are sent based on your consent and can be opted-out at any time.

16) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
